Hi there, finally i managed to catch some time to update my log. well, this time, i tried my luck at wangsa walk, KL. With my friend from Spain, Juan.

This shop located 200m from Sri Rampai LRT station. Thought of want to try something new. So, decided to to try this shop.

No much choice, they provide all malaysian fusion foods like mee, asam laksa and more.

What you think about this? Butter chicken rice?

Mutton black pepper soup. Not to be missed!

Hehe, look at him, i know he cant take hot and spicy foods. I have not tell him how the food taste going to be. After 1 hour, all i can remember that he was complaining about the food!

* Yes im back. Seen this shop before? This shop use to be a hawker stall at Bukit Bintang, jalan alur.

* The shop was very clean. They have two section, smoking and non smoking. you can choose your comfort place and they are ready to pick your order.

* The waiter and waitress are very friendly. They have many varieties in their menu. But the shop's signature is one and only Char Kui Tiew.

* This is an exclusive pic from chef. The master cook of this shop

* As usual, my friend's reaction when eating , he is really enjoying it.

* Looks so lovely? You should try this!

* I like their air longan too.

Village Park (Nasi Lemak)

* Welcome for another great food hunt. This time my hunt was at Damansara Uptown, Village park Restaurant

* Quit packed area. The only think you have to worry about is the parking! Trust me, its very hard to get a bay, Especially around lunch hour.

* Very clean environment. Very efficient workers.
* As usual, my friends are on food test.

* I must admit. The nasi lemak here really good. Try the juicy friend chicken. Its their signature food.

* Another friend, full concentration on food. So you know lah...

A great food must come with great drink. Correct me if im wrong. This is air kedondong.

* Just see for you self who is the regular customer here

* ah haa.. so any personal business activities not allowed here. You may go to nearest Kopitiam.

* My conclusion, food is good, nice place and you should try!

* Wow, its been three years, i hope the shop is still exist! This time im not alone, i have brought two chinese friends to prove my theory that the next food that im going to introduce, is the best nasi lemak in the world! Oh yes, the shop located next to Wisma Genting, so the best way to reach there, i advise you to use public transport.

* Well, it's look simple. Why its so special? dont ask me. that what i thought when i tried for the 1st time. nasi lemak biasa cost RM3.50 but if you go for fish, sotong and nasi tambah, its RM4. Ok kan?

* My friend shocked to know that its damn good!

* They have ordered second plate. Just imagine how nice the taste was?

* And they will come back again... trust me.. worth to try! HOW CHIAK!!!

Best Hokkien Mee (NEW)

* Finally, if you are a Hokkien mee lover, you going to love this! i've been to all corners of Malaysia and sadly to say almost all the Hokkien Mee that i have tried, TASTE THE SAME. Until i was recommended by my bos, another food lover like me. Introducing Happy Garden Hokkien mee.

* The best part this shop is, they use pork oil to cook, not the normal type where people use water to cook the mee. Another plus point is, they use charcoal. Check out the next pic.

* Yee ha.. the fire....

* Its nice to smell the charcoal. It reminds me those days kitchens.

* you will get different taste and according to my bos, apparently this is the actual Hokkien Mee suppose to taste. I became hard fan from the 1st day i tried. The shop open everydayfrom 4pm till 1am. Warning!! this is non halal shop. For those can eat non-halal, once you have tried, you will never go for different Hokkien Mee shop.

Chili Pan Mee!

Hi ,Finally after a very long break, I'm back with superb food I'm going to introduce to you.

It's called Pan Mee, Should i say Chili Pan Mee! The original Shop was at Batu road. I believe this is their third shop after their other shops are at Kepong and some are around KL.

I have been to Batu Road shop in year 2003. The shop was introduced by my ex-IT Manager. I badly fallen love with Chili Pan Mee on my first try. After 6 years later, i discovered their branch at USJ Taipan. That's miracle because the original taste is still as what i have tasted. Well, let's see how's the shop is.

As usual, i always emphasize on location, clean, and the way food cooked, time taken to serve and of course the waiters. No complains on that. Just the waiters don't understand BM or English. I believe they from China.

You wont have much variety to order foods and drinks. They only sell 4 types of pan mee and 3 types of drinks, They have Chili Pan Mee, Sup Pan Mee, Curry Pan Mee and another one i missed it. When comes to drinks, they serve Amra juice, Chinese tea, leong sui and ready made Teh tarik which i dont recommend. So today i ordered Chili Pan Mee since i liked it. Together i invited my friend, Dharmindran to try out. He excited with my Pan Mee experience and he didn't know that he might blow his @$$ because of the hot and spicy.

The secret recipe of Pan Mee. The dry chili.
Caution!! Always remember how much you need for your Mee. For me at least three scoops.

When they serve, i usually ask extra half boiled eggs. This to give you extra thickness to Pan Mee.

This is after i mix it all.

Our friend was ready to go! I warned him about consequences. But he said, " itu belakang kita cerita". ya, it's all about belakang story.

This was my bowl. It was soooo Hot and Spicy. I had to order Amra juice to cool down my stomach.

This was my friend's bowl. i told him don't add more soup on it. But pity him. He just can't take the hot.

Always remember, You might need this Amra juice. Just in case.

Anyway, we enjoyed the food. for those use to eat the soup type, try Chili Pan Mee.

Coca-Cola 7-Bone Roast Recipe

You won't taste cola, but the gravy is to die for! Oven-baked pot roast and vegetables is enhanced by a rich gravy. Can also be made in a slow cooker.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours,

Ingredients:
1 (3 to 4 pounds) beef 7-bone roast
Kosher salt and pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 pound baby red (creamer) potatoes, scrubbed, skins on
8 ounces button mushrooms, cleaned
1/2 pound baby carrots, peeled
1 onion, very thinly sliced
1 cup Coca-Cola or other cola, at room temperature
1 cup tomato sauce (canned or homemade)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation:Prepare a 9 by 13-inch baking pan by lining it with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle roast liberally with salt and pepper. Heat a heavy-duty skillet until very hot, add the olive oil, and quickly sear the 7-bone roast on both sides. Place seared roast in baking pan. Surround with potatoes, mushrooms, and carrots in an even layer. Spread sliced onions evenly over the top of the meat and vegetables. Mix cola, tomato sauce, onion soup mix, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl until combined. Pour evenly over meat and vegetables. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2 hours. Remove from oven and let rest at least 15 minutes. Carve meat. Serve with vegetables and pan gravy. Note: Use the same method in a large oval slow-cooker, cooking on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Or, omit the vegetables (except the sliced onions), and cook the 7-bone roast alone as a main dish. Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Lumpia Recipe (Lumpia Shanghai)

In Filipino, lumpia are eggrolls that are deep-fried like a wrapped stick of meat. Lumpia is a spring roll filled with ground or finely mince of pork, beef or vegetables then served it with sweet and sour sauce. Sometimes I call this recipe lumpia shanghai. This lumpia recipe or lumpia shanghai is one of the filipino recipes that I usually make, whenever we have a party or get together with friends, especially filipino friends, at home. One time, I was busy cooking filipino recipes, and one of them is this lumpia and my friend arrive early and help me in the kitchen. She notices that I my lumpia wrapper won’t stick together whenever I cook. I’ve tried everything from water, to egg wash and other type of paste but still no avail, the wrapper still broke loose. Since she is also a good cook; she gave me the technique in making these wrapper sticks together. And guess what she told me, just used the egg white as a paste in binding this wrapper together. And it works! Since then, my filipino lumpia shanghai servings looks better and taste good.

Ingredients :

· 1 lb. ground pork

· 1 cup chopped shrimps

· 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

· 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots

· 2 whole eggs

· 3 tbsp. soy sauce

· 3 dashes of sesame oil

· salt and pepper, to taste

· lumpia wrapper

· vegetable oil, for frying

Lobster Village (Langkawi)

If you are in Langkawi, is best to look for Seafood. My wife and not a big fan of Malay Food! In fact its not easy to find proper indian food! In langkawi, if you see any shops with colourful light in front of shop then its a malay shop. We spent 2 hours for searching restaurant. Then ended up at Kuah town. But lucky, we found best seafood shop ever. If you are at Kuah town, look for petronas station. This shop called Lobster village. Just opposite petrol station.

I forgotten to snap the shop's signboard.

Surprise!! Its cheap! The best part, the seafood are very very fresh.

I recommend this! Lovely!

Two thumbs up! The butter prawn.

Baby kailan Belacan! Superooo super.

I was starving. Paham-pahamlah, it will take time in seafood shops.

OKlah, honestly, there is one place in LCCT where you will find one tasty nasi lemak.
It's next to departure counter. Each RM3.00. I really enjoyed the taste but its little bit sweet.

What can i say, the taste like in 1985 where you buy from Malay auntie.

AIR ASIA's So Called Nasi Lemak!

Hi Guys,
This time i really going to complain about AIR ASIA!
Me and my wife planned to spend some time in Langkawi. So We booked AIR ASIA flight via online and i decided to book breakfast on flight. The journey just 45min but one of my friend (from middle east) told me that nasi lemak from AIR ASIA taste good! It cost RM7.00. But sack of trying, i decided to tryout.

When we were in plane, no one inform us that where to or how to get the set because they started to sell the breakfast. Since its our 1st time, we were just waiting for them to pass it to us.
10 minutes before landing, i just asked by my self. Then they gave me "THIS". Adui!!!

My personal advice for those who wanted to tryout this, Don't waste your money!

Best Place For Idli ( Restoran Premala )

Looking for hot steamy Idli in town?
My recommendation Will be Restoran Premala Cafe at Lebuh Ampang, Kl.

A good place to buy Indian sweets too.

Customer service good and friendly. Look for this man if u visiting this shop.

Environment is clean. No comments on that, but don't use their washroom. Not recommended. :)

Hi, I'm back with my team. This time we were at Bukit jalil golf resort at Puchong.

24th august we are organizing a fund raising dinner @ Puchong. So we planned a food testing before the event

This was the 1st course, something like dim sum style. All ok accept the fish ball.

This is called yam basket with fried prawn on top. The yam was too soft.

I can't recall the name of fish, but it was so smelly. We decided to change the fish and the method of cooking.

Fried sesame chicken. the cooking method like duck style. Oklah , boleh makan.

Kailan with Belacan. My personal opinion, too salty.

So called Shark fin soup. I wonder why they added hot chili in. Not so common.

Fried Rice, which i really enjoyed.

We had a great time while tasting the foods.

let's see other's reaction after the lunch.

She really whacked, but posing as she didnt like the food. Pooda!

It's OK Peter, take your time, i know eating rice with small cup is not a easy thing to do.

Our Friend Subra said there is a shop selling the BEST ABC seems.

As usual, Biasalah, time was 9.30pm, everybody starving at that moment! But one person still posing.

Everybody tired, So decided to try Roti canai with dalcha! Somebody said its famous here.

let's talk about this shop, It's quite, less crowd,
Cant see something special.

I will never order tea tarik in my life! Total regret!

I never tried such a salty roti canai. My godness!

So called garing, mee goreng, but actually its a maggi goreng. Taste? Forget it!

This well-known shop located at Chemor. Come, let me show you what i discover there.

The shop is not so big but packed with customers.

My friends and i were on the way to Aimst University, Semiling Kedah.

Since one of my friend recommended this shop for our lunch, i decided to put on test.

See how simple it is. Like typical mamak stall.

Starving faces. Waiting for the ordered food!

Chicken Curry.. Semme rusi!! (superb taste)

Crab varuval... haaaiiii!!!

Mutton Kulambu... fantastic!!

And of course... tea tarik!

Hi guys, i didn't know that there is a food court at KL Sentral. Come, sit back relax and enjoy my journey.

I came with my friend, Gopal. Both were very hungry. So we decided to order whatever we see.

Gopal left his bag and files on one of the nearest table. Both gone different direction to order food!

I stoped at nasi ayam shop. Wow, the chicken looks good!

So i asked him, " ok ke bang?" (Translation: is the food taste good?).

He replied, " Super duper".

Yea, it looks super duper.. emm i wonder how the taste is going to be.

Chicken Chop from Gopal, Emm look good too..

And side dish, kuih Cucuk udang! With extra hot!

We both went to the table where gopal kept his bag and files,

Surprise-surprise, his bag and files were on the floor and someone else sitting at the particular table. I was so angry. But the thing is we didn't see who did that.

Anyway no point of arguing for that matter at that point, So we decided to sit at another table.

i went to grab the spoons while Gopal gone to order drinks.

Guess what? Another surprise!

The spoons are so dirty. I'm not dare to use it. I didn't snap the picture of another side of spoon.

i notice curry stain and it's not clean enough.

Wanna try your own?

FIRST MAKE THE SPICE PASTE

3 long fat stalks of lemon grass, mincing only their tender hearts and reserving the rest of the stalks for another use
4 hot red chilies, discarding the stem and as many seeds as you wish to reduce the fire of the paste
4 slices of galangal (substitute ginger if you can't find this fresh)
thumb-size lump of ginger
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
3 shallots, peeled and chopped
3 large cloves garlic
4 Tablespoons peanut oil
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup tamarind paste
Put the minced lemon grass hearts, chilies, galangal/ginger, shrimp paste, shallots, garlic, and oil in a blender and liquify it into a speckled mush. Add the cilantro, turmeric, sugar, and tamarind paste and blend at the highest speed until it is a colorful but uniform paste. Scoop into a glass jar (it will stain plastic) and refrigerate until you're ready to use.
NOW GET THE NOODLES AND CHICKEN READY:
1/2 pound noodles (thick or thin rice, wheat, or bean thread noodles are fine--rice noodles are most traditional)
4 cups cooked chicken Cook the noodles according to package directions, rinse, and set aside. Cut the chicken in bite size juicy cubes
THEN MAKE THE GRAVY
2 Tablespoons peanut oil
prepared spice paste (it's about a cup)
4 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Asian basil (laksa leaf), chopped
1/4 cup nam pla (or other fish sauce)
1 can coconut milk (13.5 fl. ounces/400 ml.) Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat, then stir in the paste--and keep stirring until it is a little browned (don't burn!), about 3 minutes. Pour in the chicken stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, stir in herbs and fish sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes. When you're ready to begin assembly, stir in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
GET THE GARNISHES READY (your choice how many)
crisp bean sprouts
Asian basil
sambalor garlic-chili hot sauce
preserved carrots
julienne cucumber TIME FOR FINAL ASSEMBLY!

1. Divide the noodles among the large bowls.
2. Arrange the chicken over the noodles
3. Pour the gravy over all
4. Either arrange garnishes on top or pass them separately

Ok.. here it goes.. last week i was to Cameron Highland, Perak. Actually, that was my 1st time experience there. The place was great, Photos not available at the moment. So sorry, i promise on my next visit, i will snap some scenery's ok? Don't worry, i managed to snap food pics.. Oh yea..

We had to drive out about 5km from Brinchang to Tanah Rata. We saw a restaurant cum apartments and hotel. Wow.

The time was 1.30am, So we shouldn't complain about food. Just the left overs.

Nasi Goreng Cina ( Chinese Fried Rice )

Nasi goreng or fried rice is common food in Malaysia.
Literally nasi means rice and goreng means fried. The dish is often accompanied by additional items such as a fried egg, fried chicken, satay, vegetables or keropok (fried crackers / chips made of shrimp or vegetables). In many restaurants, when accompanied by a fried egg, it is sometimes called the nasi goreng special.
Nasi goreng can be eaten at any time of day, and Malaysians eat nasi goreng for breakfast, often using leftovers from the previous day's dinner. The rice used to make nasi goreng should be cooked ahead of time and left to cool down (so it is not soggy), which is one reason to use rice cooked from the day before. Nasi goreng is a complete meal in itself, but sometimes it is also part of a banquet.
Today, i had nasi goreng cina as my breakfast at our 3rd floor canteen. Yeap, the same boring place.

You like to hang around at mamak stall?
This time i visited a mamak stall near lebuh ampang,
a shop called Al-Azman Shah, facing the main road, Jalan Tun Perak.

I'm not joking, this is serious. The workers are able to speak Tamil,
but when i speak in Tamil, they reply in malay.
I can't get it. what's wrong with this people?
Anyway, lets look at environment and customer service.
I have decided not to paste the photos of environment. It might stop you
to visit this shop. The customer service? I am ordering to one person and he is ordering to another person. yeuuk! Regret!
Let's look at food!

Nothing much i ordered, as usual, rice, chicken curry, vege, fried chicken and lime ice drink.
Impressive? emm.. the story continues...

Look at the food. You feel want to eat it?

So called vege, cabbage, the only vege they selling.

Fried Chicken? Too salty. The lime drink? i saw the lime in cup but i think i drank sky juice.
Guess how much that food cost? RM6.00!!! Disappointed!
I don't mind paying more if the food is good.

Tauhu Sumbat ( Fried Tofu Stuffed With Vegetables )

Simple..

Ingredients
Several pieces of semi-hard bean curd (you can find at the wet market)
1/2 cucumber, cut into fine thin strips
1/2 carrot, cut into fine thin strips
1 cup beansprouts, scalded lightly
Enough oil to deep-fry bean curd Sauce:
1/2 cup asam jawa juice (mix 1 tbsp asam in a bit of water and squeeze out the juice)
2 tbsp oil Combine the following:
300g groundnuts, toasted and pounded coarsely
3 to 4 red chili, seeded and pounded
2 to 3 cilipadi (optional)
3 shallots, pounded
1 clove garlic, pounded
1/2 tsp belacan granules Seasoning:
1 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt, or to taste
1 tsp palm sugar (gula Melaka)
MethodCut bean curd (tauhu) pieces diagonally into halves. Sprinkle a little salt. Pat dry with paper kitchen towels, then deep-fry in hot oil until crispy on the outside.Cut a slit in the tauhu and pry open slightly. Stuff with a little bit of each vegetable into the opening.For the sauce: heat two tablespoons oil in a wok and saute the combined pounded ingredients until fragrant. Add asam jawa juice and seasoning. Bring to a simmering boil until sauce turns thick. Dish out and serve with the tauhu sumbat.

Heard of Water lily Cafe? Our blog visitor John recommended me

to visit this cafe and give some comments. Since its near to my place, i brought my family for dinner.
The time was 9pm. We were hungry too. My daughter started to make noise ready.

Wow.. that's what the word came our from my wife's mouth.

It was a nice place with classic malay&bali fusion.

The things that i monitor in cafes, Yes, the place is clean and the environment, awesome!

No comments on customer service. Excellent!

I didn't wait for longer hour for my ordered food.

My daughter lost patient. :)

My self i ordered for Nasi lemak with ayam.

Translation: Fat rice (huh?) with chicken.

My wife ordered Fried Ciabatta Chicken with potatoes.

Nothing can beat home cooking. Yesterday my family members gathered for birthday celebration.

Check out the foods.. emm

Not much food because of it was a lunch. let's start with my favorite food now.

I cant recall what rice it is but i believe it's tomato rice.

emmmmm what a smell! fantastic.

This is "sambal udang".

Translation: shrimp chili paste.

My favorite.. yum yum..

I think this is Chicken Rendang.

A Malay style of chicken dish.

This is fish sambal.

Translation: fish chili paste.

Caution: Extra Hot!!

The gathering was good everyone enjoyed!

Central Market, located in the heart of city, KL. Have you ever been to the food court on 1st floor? Last Saturday i was there and decided to try out what the Central market can offer me.

It was not so crowded and the prices are reasonable.

It's clean rite? yes! But the sad thing is they don't have many variety.

9 out of 10 are Malay foods.

Strange, look at the signboard, its Melaka corner, but selling Thai dishes.

So i decided to order something that i haven't try before.

This is "Nasi Goreng Mangga".

Translation: Mango Friend Rice.

Nothing special about the rice. It's just the fried rice with mango! Haiiii....

it comes with a small bowl of soup. No taste at all.

Rose Milk. The only thing that i enjoyed.

Conclusion: neeep!! Not recommended. It's not value for money. Try somewhere else!

Thosai (Thin sourish pancake) தோசை

You love thosai? For those who not familiar with the name, Here a short introduction.

The dosa, dosai, thosai, or dhosa is a savoury South Indian crêpe. This snack, high in carbohydrates and proteins, is a typical South Indian breakfast item.Regular dosa batter is made from lentils and rice blended with water and left to ferment overnight. (The same batter, slightly modified, can be used to make idlis.) The lentils and rice can be replaced with highly refined wheat flour to make a maida dosa or semolina for a rava dosa.The batter is then ladled in small amounts onto a flat, preheated pan, where it is allowed to spread out into a circular shape and is fried with edible oil or ghee until golden brown. The dosa is then neatly folded in half and served.

Ok that's history. Wanna know how to do?

1 cup Uncooked rice
1/2 cup Blackgram dhal (urad dhal)
1 1/2 teaspoons Dried yeast
1/2 cup Warm water
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Ghee or oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 Small onion, finely chopped
1 Fresh green chili, finely chopped

Heat a pancake pan or heavy frying pan and grease base with very little ghee or oil.
Pour in just enough batter to cover base of pan.

Pancakes should be about the size of a small plate.

Cook until golden brown on underside, turn and cook other side.

Serve with fresh chutneys and potato bhaji.

Sliced 15g Chinese celery 1 red chilli1 green chilli2 limes (halved)2 litre wateroil for stir-fryingsalt, sugar to taste Ground ingredients8 dried chillies4 shallots 4 cloves garlic2cm piece young ginger2cm piece dried shrimp paste
Method :
Heat the oil in a large pan. Stir-fry the ground ingredients till the aroma rises. Put in the salt, sugar, water, sweet potatoes, groundnuts and tamarind juice. Bring to the boil, stirring once in a while.
Place mee in individual bowls. Then sprinkle helpings of fish cakes, fish balls, beancurd, beansprouts and eggs.
Pour the hot gravy and scatter the sliced ingredients and fried shallots on the mee. Squeeze some lime juice, then serve immediately. ( source from http://www.asianfood-recipes.com )

Where i found? yea.. the same old 3rd floor. I know, we hate that place but, what choice that we have. Anyway, i found this "Chee Cheong Fun" from a Chinese aunty shop. Let's check it out!

I have no idea how to call this but i believe this is tofu.

And the Secret of Chee Cheong Fun, is the sauce.
Its a mix of soy sauce with prawn paste.

And of course, some add on things like sesame seed, oil, and chili

When i was at Sri Petaling, Bukit jalil, i saw a newly open shop called Macau chicken and duck rice shop. As you all know, i see any new things to eat, i never miss it one...I tried, it was totally different experience lah..

Oklah.. The shop is new, so the place is very very clean.. Trust me!
Such a good environment.

The food? Yum yum... not bad lah.. You know what makes the rice taste good?

Looking for Hokkien Mee in Town? ok come to Puchong. Location? Just opposite IOI Mall and same row with domino's pizza and EON bank.

Ok! what is so special? the taste is good, and fast delivery.

As you can see 'Mr.Lee' wearing cap while cooking. That's why i like his shop.

According to Mr.Lee, his customers like to buy because he has unique method of cooking and it has special taste.

My boss, the Italian Mafia was angry seeing me promoting Italian Pizza from Malaysia. Why? Cuz it's a Malaysian made, not italian.

So, he decided to promote his favorite pizza to our office.Anyway, we had free lunch

Yeah.. It was Domino. Lucky its not the PIZZA HUT!

Ok, wanna see what pizza?

The 1st one is called Pepperoni Pizza.
Taste good but it has beef in it.
The second one called seafood pizza.
It has ikan bilis. ( Maybe Malaysian Style?)

And the third one. The special one. called confidential Pizza.

That's the only pizza taste better.

Guess what.... Finish in few seconds.... Damn..
They must be very hungry.

Located just opposite IOI Mall Puchong and behind of maybank.

The owner of Little Italy, Mr. Jeffrey Foo. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about Italian foods.

Perfect place for family dining. But hang on..
How about for couples?

Serious!! Seats on the boat. Or shall i say Love Boat?

OK, the place is clean and the environment looks cool,
how about food then?

The Hawaiian Pizza! Simply superb! You will ignore Pizza Hut!

A Must try Mushroom Soup. After trying this soup, i will never try the rest.
This was recommended by Mr. Jeffrey.

Yea, it's look like Bandung. But its a combinations of teh tarik + Rose Syrup and ice cubes.
it taste like strawberry vanilla ice cream. I invented this drink long time ago and today i am proudly announcing the name of this beverage as "Sytea" in English and "Siteh" in Malay. Wanna know more about this invention, post a comment or send me an email.

Yes! Finally it was my turn to try-out the latest fast food edition in Malaysia, "Wendys". Suprise..Surprise...

Only one comment about wendy’s, it’s a fusion of McD and KFC.

Pros

- Clean ( at the moment )

- Good Customer service
- Fast service
- Good environment
- Choice of choose your own combo when order food.

Cons

- there is nothing new to try except chili potatoes

- the staffs still blur when ordering food. Maybe they are still new.
- Expensive

No matter breakfast, lunch or tea break. there are no other options to go except 3rd floor food court. Am i the only person who hates too? These are the answers from my friends.

Tandoori Chichen

Prepration Time: 1 hours

Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks-10
Curds –1/4 cup(plain yogurt)
Soysauce –4 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce-2tbsp
Lime juice-1tbsp
Chilli powder-1tsp
Tandoori masala –2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric –2 pinch
Pepper –2 pinch
Honey –1 tsp
Salt to taste

Methods
Wash the chicken in cold water and pat it dry.
Add the curds,soysauce,Worcestershire sauce,lime juice,chilli powder,tandoori masala,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,pepper,honey & salt.
Marinate maximum with 10 hrs to 24 hrs.
Heat the 400 degree oven and cook chicken 20 mts on each sides.
Serve hot with rice and curry.

Try this easy receipe. All you need is,

1) Ikan bilis Mayang

2) Rose red onions

3) Thai Chili padi

Fry those three above for 5min minimum. Make sure you dont over fry it.

Mince it to make a perfect fusion of spicy sambal.

It goes well with nasi lemak or with nasi sardine.

Food was ok ok. But not worth for money. Very expensivelah.
